DAN VISICH, ASA

Dan Visich is a Managing Director with Elevate Valuation Advisors.  With over 20 years experience of providing valuation services to clients,  he specializes in the analysis of tangible assets for financial and tax reporting, financing, insurance, property tax, and management planning purposes.  Global experience includes providing valuation and consulting services in over thirty-five countries throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Prior to starting Elevate Valuation Advisors, Dan was a Managing Director in BDO’s valuation services practice in New York City.  During his 6 years at BDO, Dan provided valuation services across all industries to companies of all sizes including small, midsized and large publicly traded companies.  He was also responsible for business development, creating, implementing, updating and reviewing engagement and appraisal review standards and guidelines, providing training sessions on various valuation technical topics, and coaching and training staff for the practice. 

Before joining BDO, Dan spent 16 years as a Senior Manager within Deloitte’s Transactions and Business Analytics group in New York City.   As part of the Valuation Services practice, Dan was responsible for the successful execution of hundreds of asset appraisals and appraisal reviews for financial and tax reporting and management planning purposes.   His experience included domestic and international clients of all sizes including Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to his time at Deloitte, Dan worked as a project manager/engineer and cost estimator for Turner Construction Company serving commercial clients across numerous industries.
