Valuations for purposes of purchase price allocation (ASC 805, IFRS 3, IAS 38), asset impairments (ASC 350/360, IFRS 3, IAS 36), fresh start accounting, and a variety of other financial reporting activities.

Valuations of various types of machinery and equipment including manufacturing equipment, oil and gas industry assets, transportation equipment, technology/telecom, construction equipment.  Elevate Valuation performs fair market value, orderly and forced liquidation value studies for various purposes such as sale, dispute, financing, acquisition, ad valorem tax, insurance and management planning purposes.  

Real Estate Valuation/Appraisals

Valuations for a broad range of real estate property types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hotels, healthcare, vacant/undeveloped land and special use properties.   Our team members hold the requisite real estate credentials and have extensive experience in valuing real estate both nationally and internationally.

Insurable Value Consulting

We maintain and estimate up-to-date building and business personal property values.  We develop flexible solutions that improve data integrity and improve the accuracy of reported insurable values for property insurance purposes.  We also provide valuation appraisals to estimate actual cash value and replacement cost estimates for claim preparation and dispute purposes. 

Appraisal Review Services

Working alongside audit teams at accounting firms without internal resources, we utilize our valuation expertise to review the methodology and assumptions utilized to value the tangible assets within third party appraisals and management performed analyses for material balance sheet items.  Our services include a memo detailing our review procedures, review of the supporting documentation related to the major assumptions and details around any required sensitivity analysis and resolution of identified issues.    

Fixed Asset Management 

Utilizing our valuation, engineering and industry knowledge, we assist clients in resolving issues around asset existence, fixed asset inventory and data integrity for asset tracking purposes.
